I'm currently working as an SDET at Amazon for the Post-Purchase Customer Experience division (B2C).
Previously, I was a Quality Analyst at TikTok Logistics for the business side consumers (B2B), primarily for 4PL sellers using Seller Center and the sellers enrolled in Fulfilled By TikTok verticals.
I'm also a Freelancer Program Manager for my co-founded apparel retail venture(B2C) in India, managing end-to-end supply chain operations, overseeing inventory control, delivery timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.
In my earlier work experiences, I have led quality efforts impacting 40 hedge fund clients in equity finance and 1K+ Oracle cloud database customers.
Outside work, I am a yoga practitioner specialized in foundational asanas, woman health, and pranayama
